Judgments

What Our Judgments Reveal

I believe judgment is part of being human. We naturally interpret people and situations through the lens of our beliefs, past experiences, and conditioning. The goal is not to eliminate judgment altogether, but to become aware of it and consciously choose a perspective rooted in compassion, curiosity, and growth.

Whenever someone or something triggers an emotional reaction within you, pause for a moment and reflect. Ask yourself:

  • Why am I feeling this way about this person or situation?

  • Is this experience reflecting something within me that I have not yet seen or acknowledged?

  • If so, ask the Universe to show you where or how you may be acting in a similar way, even if you are not yet aware of it.

  • What lesson is this moment inviting me to learn?

  • What gift or opportunity for growth can I discover here?

Then, be patient and remain open. The answer may not arrive immediately, but it often comes in unexpected ways—a quiet thought, a meaningful conversation, a song, an animal crossing your path, a passage in a book, or a moment of stillness in nature.

The Universe is constantly guiding us. The more present we become, the more clearly we begin to recognize its guidance and wisdom.

Sometimes the answer will come immediately. Other times, it may take hours, days, or even weeks. Trust the process and remain open to receiving it.

Pay attention. The answer you are seeking may already be right in front of you.
